This is a part-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Brunswick, OH. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with shipping, postal, and printing services. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, providing information about products and services, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
