We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at The UPS Store. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our business, helping customers with a wide variety of shipping, printing, packaging, and business service needs in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service for shipping, printing, copying, faxing, and packaging solutions
• Process shipments, prepare packages, and assist with international and domestic shipping requirements
• Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash, and manage transactions accurately
• Sell mailboxes, shipping supplies, and additional services
• Perform general store maintenance, merchandising, and organization
• Become a commissioned Notary Public (company will pay for training, application, and supplies)
Requirements
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday shift availability required)
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, upbeat attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Must be eligible to become a Notary Public in the state of Ohio (we will cover all costs for training and commissioning)
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right candidate!
