Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our fun team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their Amazon Returns, Shipping and Printing needs, and playing a part in maintaining a clean and organized store. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with friendly and knowledgeable assistance
- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and recommending any cross selling upgrades that may benefit the customer
- Operate a Modern POS System
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Experience with Computers
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is beneficial
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
