Qualifications
- Active Louisiana Notary Public License (Required)
- Must be fluent in English
- Strong communication skills with ability to guide customers clearly
- High attention to detail and integrity
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive documents
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Notary Services (Primary Role)
- Perform notarizations in full compliance with Louisiana laws
- Verify identity, willingness, and awareness of all signers
- Maintain proper notary records and logs
- Ensure documents are complete before notarizing
- Guide customers through the process (without providing legal advice)
- Handle high-value or sensitive transactions with professionalism
Customer Service & Sales
- Provide exceptional, consultative customer service
- Ask the right questions to understand customer needs
- Recommend bundled solutions:
- “Would you like us to print, notarize, and ship this today?”
- Upsell services to maximize ticket value
- Build repeat relationships with customers
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
