Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory, technology, back-office processes, opening/closing procedures, and much more.
• Collaborate with team members to develop a marketing store strategy.
• Assist new store employees.
• Suggest new ideas to improve store's performance and productivity.
• Create a culture that consistently delivers a best-in-class customer experience.
• Become an expert in all products and services, proactively learning about new programs, policies, etc.
• Become a Notary in Massachusetts or Rhode Island depending on store location.

WORK SCHEDULE

32-40 hours per week full time or 16-24 hours per week part time, must have open availability from 7:45 am – 6:45 pm Monday through Friday and 8:45 am–3:15 pm on Saturday, and 9:45 am - 3:15 pm on Sundays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
