What You’ll Do
- Greet guests, customers and visitors warmly, establishing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable — ensuring it reflects our high-energy, professional environment.
- Uphold a positive attitude and adapt to shifting demands (weekends, peak times, multi-tasking).
Who You Are
- You bring an energetic and outgoing personality — you naturally engage others and make them feel welcomed.
- You are a multitasker: can greet guests, answer calls, and manage transactions without missing a beat.
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and a professional demeanor.
- Currently a licensed PA State Notary Public or willing to become one upon hiring.
