Full-Time Customer Service / Retail Associate – The UPS Store

The UPS Store is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, retail sales, shipping services, and working with people.

As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with shipping, printing, packaging, mailbox services, and retail purchases while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Help customers with shipping services including packaging, UPS shipments, and shipping labels
• Assist with printing services, document services, and retail product sales
• Operate POS systems, printers, and store equipment
• Prepare and package shipments according to store procedures
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods
• Follow store procedures and operational guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
• Basic computer and POS system skills (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
