Reports to: Store Manager
Status: Full-Time; Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide excellent service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Sales & Solutions: Assist with sales of products like printing, shipping, and packaging services—always offering the best solutions for our customers!
- Manage Transactions: Operate cash registers, process payments, and ensure all financial transactions are accurate.
- Exceed Store Goals: Help the team meet and exceed store performance goals through your dedication and sales skills.
- Customer Interaction: Direct customers to the right products, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintaining the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, and serviceable at all times, creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
- Corporate Clients: Deliver exceptional service to Corporate Retail Service (CRS) clients while promoting our products and services.
What We Are Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- High School/GED required; a Bachelor’s in Business or related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years in a sales or customer service role.
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems.
- Ability to effectively manage stressful situations with a positive attitude.
- Must possess emotional maturity, good judgment, and a commitment to being trustworthy and loyal.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- The role involves walking, bending, twisting, and occasionally going up and down stairs.
