- Manage the store's budget and expenses, including payroll and inventory costs.

Requirements
- 10 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Experience working at a UPS Store involved with shipping, packing, printing, and other UPS services.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell UPS products and services effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft POS systems to process transactions.
- Excellent mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Demonstrated ability in sales management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and motivating a team.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from suppliers.
