What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly, solution‑driven service and understand customer needs
- Offer creative ideas and practical print solutions
- Design for print using Adobe Creative Suite
- Prepare files and ensure accuracy before production
- Operate and maintain digital printers and finishing equipment
- Troubleshoot print errors and equipment issues
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Support team operations and cross‑sell services
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer and Adobe Creative Suite skills & Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable under deadlines
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Experience
- Previous UPS Store or print shop experience
- Experience with digital printing equipment
- Knowledge of Fiery Command Workstation
- Graphic design and print production background
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Rotational weekends required
- Closed all federal holidays
Pay & Benefits
- Starting at: $17/hr (experience dependent)
