Purpose The Senior Student Associate will assist with administrative tasks in the Student Affairs Office of the LBJ School of Public Affairs. Responsibilities Assist with front desk duties Student facing Process OSAA inbox daily Process room reservation requests for students and staff Upkeep office to ensure all areas are presentable Maintain supply inventory in office and order supplies for the office Assist with event planning and assigned projects Keep our new student checklist updated - work with staff to ensure all events, deadlines, reminders and other important info for new students is added in a proactive manner. https://lbj.utexas.edu/information-lbjs-admitted-students Assist with Student Handbooks Other duties assigned Required Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Data analysis and visualization Detailed Oriented Verbal and Written Communication.
