The Center for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment (CPCM) is hiring a Program Coordinator to support the administration and implementation of statewide initiatives focused on strengthening systems that serve children and families.
The Program Coordinator will support the successful development, coordination, and oversight of contract and grant deliverables. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with implementation of strategic plan activities, establishing and monitoring workplans and timelines, coordinating and leading committees and statewide workgroups, tracking performance measures, supporting budget management and fiscal reporting, and preparing required reports and summaries for funders and stakeholders.
This position will assist in increasing the visibility and impact of supported programs through coordination of communications, educational events, and stakeholder engagement efforts. Responsibilities may include developing presentations and materials, supporting data collection and evaluation activities, facilitating meetings, and collaborating with project partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals and contract requirements.
The Program Coordinator will also represent CPCM on relevant statewide workgroups and advisory committees and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts across initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- A 4-year college degree in health care, education, public health, social work or a related field.
- Experience supporting the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of projects or programs.
- A master’s degree in health care, education, public health, social work or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working both independently and collaboratively, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for diverse audiences including partners, stakeholders, and funders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather and interpret information, evaluate work products, and synthesize key findings into clear, professional deliverables.
- Experience with post-award grant management, including monitoring progress and preparing professional reports for funders across multiple reporting platforms.
