This highly visible role personifies the OU Foundation Guiding Principles by greeting every guest, donor and caller with care and commitment, ensuring smooth communication across the organization, and supporting daily operations that advance the university's mission. High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of receptionist, front-desk or administrative support experience required. Some college, prior experience in higher education, nonprofit, advancement or development office settings, and familiarity with RingCentral or comparable multi-line phone systems and experience supporting donor stewardship or events preferred.
