Stationary Bar Car | located inside the Historic Union Station Building in Nashville
This is not a banquet kitchen. This is not a boring hotel cook job.
We’re building a new stellar restaurant kitchen inside one of Nashville’s most iconic buildings, and we’re looking for cooks who care about the craft. Stationery and Bar Car are chef-driven restaurants focused on quality foods, execution, and strong kitchen culture. We want sharp cooks, strong leaders, and people who take pride in the line. If you work clean, move fast, respect standards, don’t take short cuts, and want to cook with a team that gives a damn—keep reading.
How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future
Work alongside strong chefs who teach, mentor, and develop talent
Contribute to a high-level kitchen focused on scratch cooking, quality ingredients, and elevated standards

Professional Experience
Experience working in a high-volume or quality-driven kitchen environment preferred
Background in scratch cooking and working with fresh, high-quality ingredients

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Culinary education is a plus, but not required
Equivalent hands-on kitchen experience is highly valued
