Stationary Bar Car | located inside the Historic Union Station Building in Nashville
This is not a banquet kitchen. This is not a boring hotel cook job.
We’re building a new stellar restaurant kitchen inside one of Nashville’s most iconic buildings, and we’re looking for cooks who care about the craft. Stationery and Bar Car are chef-driven restaurants focused on quality foods, execution, and strong kitchen culture. We want sharp cooks, strong leaders, and people who take pride in the line. How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future
Work alongside strong chefs who teach, mentor, and develop talent
Contribute to a high-level kitchen focused on scratch cooking, quality ingredients, and elevated standards

Professional Experience
Experience working in a high-volume or quality-driven kitchen environment preferred

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Culinary education is a plus, but not required
Equivalent hands-on kitchen experience is highly valued
