With attention to detail and a commitment to hospitality, the Public Space Attendant creates a welcoming and polished environment that enhances every guest’s experience.
How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, stairwells, and elevators.
- Ensure public restrooms are fully stocked and sanitized throughout the day.
- Maintain furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, and décor to ensure they remain clean and presentable.
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering directions or information about hotel amenities as needed.
- Identify and report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
- Support the hotel’s commitment to safety by addressing hazards such as wet floors or loose fixtures immediately.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Guest service mindset with the ability to interact positively and professionally.
- Dependability and a proactive attitude toward maintaining safe and welcoming public spaces.
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or public space cleaning preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
