Objective: The Concierge Services team acts as our ambassadors for the Union League. This position is for someone who expresses maturity and has extensive experience in customer service. The position must provide excellent guest service and work well under pressure while maintaining a consistently pleasant and professional demeanor when communicating with members and guests.

The position must provide excellent guest service and work well under pressure while maintaining a consistently pleasant and professional demeanor when communicating with members and guests.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides superior guest service and member experience through multiple channels including phone, email, in-person interactions, and the Union League mobile app chat feature.
- Extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the Union League and companion amenities.??
- Handles all special member requests to include transportation, tickets, flowers, courier services, dining reservations, tee times, tours of the city, etc.
- Maintains the daily upkeep and organization of the Business Center to ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for members.
- Helps maintain accurate and up-to-date member information by updating member databases as needed.
- Makes dining and Member Event reservations for members and their guests, and ensures all special requests are communicated to the appropriate personnel.
- Sends Letters of Introduction to reciprocal clubs and has a basic understanding of the clubs.
- Works closely with the golf clubs to provide golf information as needed to members and staff.
- Delivers high-quality guest service, listens to members’ requests, and works to find the appropriate solutions.?
- Assists with registering/checking in members at major League events as needed.
- Assists members with the purchase and coordination of gift certificates as part of fulfilling special member requests.
- Distribute daily mail delivery.
- Professional in manner and appearance

- Self-motivated and self-starter?
- Knowledgeable of Philadelphia and local vicinity
- Will have the opportunity to become a commissioned Notary Public after an introductory period to further support member services and administrative needs.
