About the Role
We are looking for a Post-Production & Media Coordinator to support our internal production workflow. This role is focused on managing and organizing media, supporting post-production processes, and ensuring projects move efficiently from raw footage to final delivery.
Approximately 80–90% of this role is post-production and media management. Production support is a small, occasional component.

What You’ll Do
Core Post-Production Workflow Support (Primary Focus)
You will play a key role in moving projects from raw footage to final delivery by assisting with:
- Taking in content from shoots and properly organizing files
- Backing up footage across drives and systems
- Creating interview proofs and transcripts
- Culling b-roll footage to identify strong, usable clips
- Creating shortlisted edits (“shorties”) for client use
- Preparing files for editors and final delivery
Editing & Media Preparation (Secondary)
Assist with light video editing, including:
- Interview Sequences
- Rough cuts
- Captioning
- Support basic color correction or LUT application
- Audio syncing and balancing
- Short Social Promo edits
- Export footage in multiple formats (4K, 1080, social)
Project Coordination & Communication
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with the team
- Update and manage tasks within your Notion project dashboard
- Track progress across multiple projects and ensure deliverables stay
- Organized and on schedule
- Weekly one-on-ones with manager(s)
- Weekly submitting hours per project
Studio & Production Support (Occasional and if right for the candidate)
- Assist with studio organization and upkeep
- Support studio operations and scheduling when needed
- Assist on select shoots as a Production Assistant and/or Assistant Camera
This is a minor portion of the role. The majority of this position is focused on post-production, media organization, and workflow support.
Studio & Work Expectations
Our studio is located at 1418 Larimer Street in Denver (Larimer Square)
- You will be expected to work on-site 1–2 times per week
- If you do not have a computer capable of handling large video files (ideally Apple), you may work from our Mac Studio workstation
- A parking pass can be provided depending on your in-studio schedule
Who You Are
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong communicator who follows through on tasks
- Comfortable working with large amounts of media and data
- Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro and basic video workflows
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces
- Interested in being part of a collaborative, growing creative team
- Open to learning and growing within both post-production and production environments
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Ability to manage file systems, backups, and exports
- Reliable transportation for studio access
- Willingness to work both independently and with a team
- A good communicator, self-starter, and fast learner
