Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Media Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO. As the Media Coordinator of Weller Media, you will play a critical role in supporting the agency's day-to-day operations. This position is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, requiring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. You will work closely with internal teams and media partners to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Operations & Administration
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow across the agency
- Maintain organization of internal systems, timelines, and deliverables
- Support ongoing coordination between creative, media buying, and account teams
Project & Campaign Support
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and projects
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met
- Help coordinate assets, materials, and communications across multiple stakeholders
Data & Analytics
- Compile and analyze weekly and monthly lead, conversion, and performance data
- Conduct market research and interpret ratings reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Utilize marketing analytics tools (web analytics, rankings, ratings, etc.) to gather actionable insights
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and reporting dashboards with accuracy
Reporting & Presentations
- Prepare clear, client-ready marketing reports and presentations
- Translate data into digestible insights and recommendations
- Support leadership with materials for client meetings and internal strategy sessions
Partner Communication
- Communicate directly with media partners in a professional and timely manner
- Help build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
What You Bring
- 2-3 years minimum of media experience (broadcast, radio, billboards, print, and/or CTV media)
- Familiarity with Asana or other task-management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)
- Experience with Strata, WideOrbit, or other media buying software
- Billboard & out-of-home advertising management
- Basic skills in creative software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Canva)
- Experience with social media management and email marketing tools (Mailchimp)

- Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 base, depending on experience
