Your Role
Responsible for supporting our Sales team across OUTFRONT Media's Colorado market to help drive revenue by delivering & executing sales proposals and working with advertising agencies. Plays an instrumental role in understanding the culture, geography and demographics of their market to deliver creative campaigns and solutions to the Sales team. This person must possess strong communication and organizational skills as well as a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Sales team on all facets of client relations including proposal completion, media plans, customer service, and revenue objectives
- Coordinate and process advertising contracts and all other paperwork associated with completing the sales process
- Enter contract terms and supporting information into our CRM
- Coordinate and track production activities of accounts and provide accurate completion reports upon installation
- Prepare and deliver proof of performance reports to clients and respond to client inquiries
- Facilitate daily communication between the various OUTFRONT Teams; Accounting, Creative, Charting, etc., to help fulfill client requests
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge, industry news and market expertise
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations to supplement media plans and proposals
- Prepare periodic market and sales reports
- Think creatively while juggling several projects at once
- Continually strive for improvement on the sales and operations processes
- Attend weekly sales meetings
Your Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related work experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Course of study in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or similar a plus
- Knowledge of OOH advertising or previous experience in the advertising industry a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a skilled multi-tasker
- Analytical and self-motivated
- Interested in advertising, marketing and sales
