Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dalton, GA, for a Tufting Manager. The Tufting Manager will oversee daily operations of the tufting department, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing team members, scheduling production, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining a safe working environment. The role requires collaboration with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines. NEEDS TO KNOW HOW TO SET THE MACHINE!
Qualifications
- Experience with tufting machinery and production processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in the synthetic turf industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
