Hiring: Helpdesk Analyst – Chicago, IL (On-Site | Financial District)

We're working with a fast-growing financial company (200 employees) that values its people, builds with integrity, and invests in long-term IT growth. Due to a recent team change, we’re helping them backfill a hands-on Helpdesk Analyst to support daily tech operations, new hire setups, and Tier 1 troubleshooting.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:
- Day-to-day ticket support (hardware/software issues, Microsoft 365, Windows, printers, etc.)
- New hire setups, imaging, and deploying laptops/software
- Troubleshooting issues with O365, InTune, Active Directory, etc.
- Collaborating with end users and escalating complex problems when needed
- Building your skillset in a growing IT org with real project exposure
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Strong troubleshooting fast learning mindset
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Experience with Microsoft 365, InTune, basic networking, and user support
- Bachelor's degree preferred
