Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our one-year old classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in an infant/toddler setting and possess strong skills in teaching, classroom management, and effective communication. This role is critical in fostering a positive learning environment that supports the educational growth of children, including those with special needs.
Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Provide a caring and nurturing environment
- Console, and tend to all children's needs when they become emotional
- Change diapers
- Plate meals
- Take children outside for recess
- Document meals, diaper changes, naps and activities in the iPad
Requirements
- A passion for educating and caring for infants/toddlers
- Completing required training for the job
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable and dependable
- Positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to work
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
