We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in childhood development and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves working with children aged 3-5 years, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and structured learning experiences.

Duties

• Assist in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all students.
• Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development, milestones, and any concerns that may arise.
• Provide care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met throughout the day.
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention as required.
