Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a skilled Historic/Decorative Concrete Finisher with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working on specialized concrete projects, including curved stair forming and exposed aggregate restoration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with layout and formwork for concrete placement
- Tie rebar and build custom forms
- Operate light equipment and tools
- Maintain high standards of quality and finish
- Collaborate effectively with team members on-site
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant concrete finishing experience
- Experience with historic concrete restoration preferred
- Ability to self-monitor for quality and precision
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment/random drug screenings
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Willingness to work overtime when offered
