Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in concrete finishing and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring that concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards. The Concrete Finisher will collaborate with other construction professionals and must be comfortable operating heavy equipment and using various tools.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Install rebar and other reinforcements as needed for structural integrity.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing concrete.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute project plans accurately.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with concrete work.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed on the construction site.
- Conduct restoration, renovation, or remodeling tasks as required by the project scope.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
Requirements
- Proven experience in concrete finishing with a solid understanding of construction practices.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and power tools.

- Experience in hardscape installation, masonry work, plastering, tile laying, flooring installation, and trim carpentry is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly throughout the workday.
