Skilled Tradespeople – Historic Restoration Projects
Locations: Ohio, Tennessee, and Metro Washington, D.C.
The Tradesmen Group LLC (TTG) is currently hiring Skilled and Experienced Tradespeople to join our team on restoration projects across Ohio, Tennessee, and the Metro D.C. area. We are seeking dependable professionals with a strong work ethic and a passion for craftsmanship to fill roles including:
- Metal & Copper Roofers – Operate hand and automated sheet metal fabrication equipment
- Commercial Roofers – Experience with EPDM, flat/low slope, Mod Bit, standing seam, and other roofing systems
- Scaffold Builders
- Masons
- Equipment Operators
- General Laborers
TTG is a full-service building rehabilitation and restoration company, proudly 100% employee-owned. We specialize in preserving and restoring historically significant structures to the highest standards. Our self-performing trades include masonry restoration, architectural metalwork, custom carpentry, painting, concrete, and roofing.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in your trade
- Ability to perform additional onsite labor duties as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to travel to project sites across multiple states
