Overview

$200 hiring reward, distributed as $100 after 30 days and $100 after 60 days of employment. Employee housing available. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are sanitized and ready for use. This position is essential in supporting our food service operations and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.

Assist with food preparation tasks as required to support kitchen staff during busy periods.

Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety standards.

Help with organizing and storing clean dishes and kitchen supplies efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.

Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with banquet service or catering operations is a plus.

A passion for hospitality and helping create exceptional dining experiences for guests.
