Duties

Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas

Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients when needed

Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and organized

Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and proper disposal of waste

Adhere to sanitation policies and safety protocols consistently throughout your shift

Skills

Strong understanding of food handling, cleaning, and sanitation practices

Experience with bussing tables and supporting food service operations

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Previous restaurant, hotel, or culinary experience is highly desirable

Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and basic food preparation techniques

Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward hospitality service

Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
