In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit

Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and timely delivery

Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities

Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness

Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations

Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings

Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests

Demonstrated ability in food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols

Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours

Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and billing accuracy

Prior experience in serving or host/hostess roles is highly desirable; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
