Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas with attention to detail and efficiency.
Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to support overall cleanliness standards.
Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for floor care, including mopping, sweeping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality.
Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and supplies in guest rooms and common areas to enhance guest comfort.
Follow safety protocols related to janitorial and industrial cleaning practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality service.
Experience
Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable; familiarity with hospitality industry standards is a plus.
Proven skills in cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods that uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
Experience with janitorial or custodial responsibilities in commercial or hospitality settings demonstrates reliability and attention to detail.
