What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to help them with coverage
- Follow a proven system (no reinventing the wheel)
- Set appointments and manage your schedule
- Work within a high-performance team environment
- Continuously develop your skills through training and mentorship
Compensation
- Commission-based with uncapped income potential
- First-year average: $60,000 – $120,000
- Top performers: $150,000
- Weekly pay
- Bonuses and incentives available

Preferred Background (Not Required)
- Former athletes
- Military or veterans
- Sales or customer service experience
- Leadership experience (team lead, captain, etc.)
- Commission-based work experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Willing to obtain a life insurance license (we help with this)
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
