**Compensation & Benefits:**

**What We’re Looking For:**

**Your Role:**
- Obtain a state insurance license (we’ll help you with the process)
- Join daily 30-minute team calls (Monday-Friday)
- Attend remote team meetings and conduct occasional in-person client visits
