What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Host/Bartender position at The Toasted Yolk Cafe?
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process payments using the POS system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and basic food service procedures.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and taking reservations.
