Being a manager for The Toasted Yolk requires a specific set of skills as well as certain physical demands and level of commitment that is expected on a daily basis. Demonstrate leadership skills daily. Must demonstrate ability to be a self-motivator. • Follow ALL Toasted Yolk company rules found in The Toasted Yolk Employee manual. • Ability to work scheduled shifts. All shifts begin at 6 am. • Training/Work week is 5 days a week with the week starting Monday. Saturday and Sunday are a must both during training and once certified. Must be able to work continuously at a quick pace and be on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time with minimal down time. Strong stamina is essential. • Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs. • Must be able to work in areas where ambulant temperatures are above normal. • Must be able to follow corporate guidelines for personal hygiene and uniform standards. • Ability to multitask and problem solve. • Comfortable to speak to guest in an engaging conversation as well as confidence to rectify any issues. • Ability to use Microsoft Office. • Computer skills to navigate POS and online platforms such as Hot Schedules and Craftable. • Possess the required food safety and liquor serving certification. • Engage with staff in a professional demeanor and attitude. No foul language
