Senior Account Coordinator

Factory 360 is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to support our account management team and help deliver exceptional experiential marketing programs.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career agency professional looking to grow into an Account Manager role.

We are specifically seeking candidates in the New York City area who can benefit from in-person mentorship, collaboration, and professional development within our agency environment.

What You'll Do

• Support account teams across multiple experiential marketing programs

• Assist with project timelines, deliverables, reporting, and client communications

• Coordinate internal meetings, status updates, and project documentation

• Support partner outreach, program logistics, and campaign execution

• Help maintain project organization across multiple clients and initiatives

• Assist with reporting, recaps, and program performance tracking

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of agency experience strongly preferred

• Experience as an Account Coordinator, Account Executive, Project Coordinator, Client Services Coordinator, or similar role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

• Desire to learn, grow, and advance into an Account Manager role

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary
