Factory 360 is currently seeking a senior account coordinator to take ownership of our data, reporting efforts and manage partnerships for a tech client. This position is client-facing and involves managing business relationships, source opportunities, develop, execute, build plans for client growth. Must love to analyze data and glean insights to make informed decisions, based on that data.
Duties:
● Manage reporting tasks: collect and organize data from a myriad of different sources, manage and create reporting templates.
● Collect information from external sources: make outreach and follow up with customers and partners to fill in the blanks.
● Provide customer and partner support: onboard new customers to the program, guide customers through program needs and provide readiness support.
● Provide client support: work directly with managers to share findings and trends, escalate issues, and offer general program support.
● Assisting teams in other departments with data or reporting related questions
● Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in the program
● Source partnerships through inbound lead follow-up and outbound pipelines
● Research and vet potential partners based on client-criteria
Qualifications:
● BA/BS in Marketing or similar relevant field
● Extremely Tech Savvy with ability to learn new systems easily
● Previous experience in Account Management and / or partnerships and project management for 2-3 years
● Extreme attention to details
● Strong relationship building and communication skills
● Detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills
● Be able to problem solve and come up with intuitive solutions
● Have a strong understanding of marketing/advertising/technology
● Highly Proficient in Office and iWork
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete projects on time
