What are the responsibilities and job description for the Producer/Senior Producer position at The TMC Group?
I will have a full JD for you by Thursday. Salary range is $130k-$150k, 4 days in office. They need to be a conference-heavy producer. We are NOT looking for someone that has a ton of experience in brand activations... we want CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS! Anything from a $250k 1-day 100-person meeting to a $3M 3-day 1,200-person conference.
They must have agency experience. They must be TEAM ORIENTED. We recently had to part ways with a very talented producer who had never worked with team members, just a one-man show, and that did not work for us since our company culture is very team-oriented. It's great if they're able to work alone, but they need to know how to collaborate and be part of a really strong company culture.

1st meeting with Amelia - virtually for 30 mins
2nd meeting in person and meet 3-5 team members (one member from each department). This would take about 90 mins (30 min slots with 1-2 people per slot).
