About Ticket ProducerTicket Producer is a ticket resale company specializing in Broadway shows, concerts, and sporting events. Our team includes in-person buyers (runners), operations admins, and a street sales team that sells tickets directly to the public near TKTS in the heart of Times Square.We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative & Office Assistant to join our team. This in-person role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.

About the Role
You’ll help manage the flow of the office and provide support across multiple projects and departments. The work is hands-on and ideal for someone who’s proactive, resourceful, and energized by a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilites include (but are not limited to):
-Maintain general office organization, cleanliness, and supplies.
-Process orders and ensure their fulfillment.
-Manage email correspondence and internal coordination.
-Support logistics for meetings, events, and team operations.
-Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners professionally.
-Run local errands as needed, including purchases, pickups, and deliveries.
-Purchase tickets and handle occasional event-related bookings.
-Help with social media posts and audience engagement.
-Provide flexible, day-to-day support across a variety of tasks as needs arise.
What We’re Looking For:
-At least 1 year of relevant administrative or office experience.
-Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
-Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines, with sound judgment and decisive problem-solving.
-Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching gears quickly.
-Familiar with Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, etc.) and social media basics.
-Great communication skills both written and verbal.
-Friendly, personable, and solution-oriented.
-Able to be on your feet and occasionally work outside the office.
-Weekend availability/hours are required.
