The position focuses primarily on traffic ticket defense while also providing exposure to criminal defense matters. The ideal candidate is confident in court, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in traffic court.
- Communicate with clients regarding their cases.
- Review discovery and case files.
- Draft and file motions and legal documents.
- Negotiate with prosecutors and relay plea offers.
- Conduct client consultations.
- Manage a high-volume caseload.
Qualifications
- J.D. and active Florida Bar license.
- 1–3 years of litigation or criminal defense experience preferred (new attorneys encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).

Travel: Local travel to courthouses throughout Broward County is required.
