Role Description
This is a Full-time role for an Attorney based in or around the Atlanta area. The Attorney will handle traffic-related legal cases and provide expert advice to clients. Daily responsibilities include attending court, offering counsel on traffic related cases, and negotiating outcomes on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
- Strong knowledge in Criminal Law.
- Proven experience with Negotiation and representing clients in court settings
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle large case loads
