A leading international intellectual property firm with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia is seeking a junior-level Patent Litigation Associate to join its Atlanta, GA office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 1–3 years of experience in patent litigation or inter partes review (IPR) proceedings, particularly before the PTAB, and who possesses academic training in the mechanical arts.
This IP Litigation Attorney role offers hands-on access to technically complex disputes, a collaborative global litigation team, and early involvement in strategy, research, and client interaction.
