What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Phone Operator/Appointment Setter position at The Thompson Organization?
Thompson's Call Center Representatives create the first impression for our customers. They must have a friendly, helpful voice in order to set the stage for great service!
Job location- Doylestown PA
Full-Time: Tuesday through Friday 9-6pm and Saturday 8-5pm
Responsibilities:
Develop strong, positive relationships with service departments in order to create a seamless customer experience
Answer direct incoming calls to the appropriate people/departments
Schedule automotive service appointments
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in your ability to be successful
Ability to listen and think quickly and offer solutions/suggestions to customer needs
Strong computer and phone skills
Automotive knowledge a plus but not required
