Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software and sales technology tools
- Engage in warm calling campaigns to nurture leads and build rapport with potential customers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing client needs and matching solutions accordingly
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff for closing deals
- Utilize CRM platforms to track interactions, update records, and manage pipelines
- Apply consultative selling techniques to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage prospects over the phone
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development within a technology or B2B sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines
- Sales experience is highly desirable, especially in technology or software solutions
- Ability to adopt new sales technology tools quickly and efficiently
- Excellent verbal skills in English with a professional phone presence
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, deal closing, and customer service excellence. Call center experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that support warm calling and lead nurturing efforts
- Strong business development background with experience in B2B sales environments
