The Thompson Organization is expanding our Business Development Center (BDC)/Internet Sales Department, and we're looking for an experienced, high-performing Automotive Sales BDC Representative to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level position. We're seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences, and has a proven track record of generating quality sales appointments.

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Evening hours and Saturdays are required as business needs dictate.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, text, and CRM.
- Respond promptly to internet leads and customer inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
- Build rapport with customers while identifying their vehicle needs.
- Follow dealership processes to maximize appointment show rates and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience from first contact through showroom visit.
- Meet and exceed individual performance goals and department metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Automotive Sales BDC experience is required.
- Proven success setting and managing high-quality sales appointments.
- Strong communication, phone, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- FOCUS CRM experience is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
