Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for staff and leadership to ensure optimal time utilization
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure compliance with recordkeeping policies
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in insurance office or agency environment
- Claims experience required
- Proficiency with AMS360
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
