Core Duties:
- Meet with ready-to-buy homeowners every day
- Present and sell roofing, siding, window, and door solutions with confidence
- Guide customers through insurance claim sales after storm damage
- Build trust, deliver value, and close deals with professionalism
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven in-home or home improvement sales (insurance claim experience a plus)
- Strong closing skills and a hunger to win
- Customer-first attitude and reliable follow-up habits
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Growth inspired attitude while we grow and promote from within
