What You'll Do
- Manage front desk operations and greet families professionally
- Answer calls, emails, and parent inquiries with clarity and warmth
- Maintain organized records, files, and administrative systems
- Support event coordination, tours, and enrollment efforts
- Assist with daily operations to ensure smooth school flow
- Teacher Floater in case a teacher missed a class or late
- Help uphold a safe, structured, and welcoming environment
- You are punctual and reliable-this role depends on consistency
- You are highly organized and pay attention to details
- You communicate clearly and professionally at all times
- You take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
- You maintain a polished and professional presence
