The Suites at Fisherman's Village is a small business in Punta Gorda, FL 33950. We are fun, collaborative and customer-centric. Established in 2020, The Suites is a 47-Suite hotel located on the second floor of Punta Gorda’s beloved Fishermen’s Village—a favorite waterfront “Dine Stay Play” destination!

We are looking for motivated thorough housekeepers with excellent cleanliness & attitude standards to attend all areas of our facilities, communicate with other staff members and guests. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition as well as high customer service standards. Hours Vary starting at 9:00am until complete.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Attention to the smallest detail
• Greet guests with all smiles, assist with special requests, and relay information to other team members and management as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Utilize housekeeping equipment and understand santitization protocols
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Check stocking levels of all consumables, and downstock
• Organize and keep a neat and efficient workspace
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

Skills

• Proven working experience in relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Prioritisation and time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
