Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience required
• Supervisor/team lead experience required
• Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering immaculate guest experiences
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual - English and Spanish or Creole
• Strong stamina to lift and do repetitive physical labor
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Visual acuity to inspect and perform essential functions
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:

• Immaculate Cleanliness: Clean rooms daily. Ensure guest rooms and common areas are spotless, comfortable, and inviting.
• Inspect Rooms: Assist the director of housekeeping in room inspections to ensure guests experience a great stay, and check in on time.
• Team Leadership: Keep the team motivated and performing at their highest potential, inspecting rooms and providing feedback to your fellow housekeepers.
• Teach: Must love teaching, demonstrating new hires with the best practices in the industry and abide by brand/company standards.
• Guest Satisfaction: Restock amenities and supplies, making sure our guests have everything they need for a memorable stay.
• Efficient Turnovers: Ensure efficient room turnovers and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Inspect every room according to Brand Standards.
• Excellence in Service: Uphold our commitment to providing exceptional cleanliness and service standards.
• Safety First: Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of our guests.
• Communication: Communicate with housekeeping, laundry, and Front Desk to ensure rooms are ready for guests on time and ahead of schedule.
