LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ
PAY RATE: $43.27/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (11 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Lead commodity management activities and supplier negotiations.

• Prepare, route, and upload Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

• Draft unilateral letters, novations, assignments, and assumptions with Legal and Contracts teams.

• Review supplier amendments prior to execution for compliance and accuracy.

• Prepare and submit compliance documentation including Extended Terms Requests, FAIR pull requests, supplier scorecards, and SAP data updates.

• Develop and distribute RFQ packages including drawings and supporting documentation.

• Execute vendor master additions, changes, and material master updates.

• Analyze part demand, forecasts, and historical receipt data.

• Upload and maintain supplier documentation within contract management systems.

• Initiate Should-Cost Engineering (SCE) analysis requests and extract platform-level sourcing data.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, and supplier negotiation.

• Experience with SAP.

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Experience with eSourcing tools.

• Experience with RFQ platforms.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Proficiency with project management tools.

• Experience preparing compliance documentation including ETRs, FAIR pull requests, supplier scorecards, and FRPJs.

• Experience executing vendor master additions, changes, and material master updates.
